Appointments part 1: The counsellor's calendar

This is the first video in a series about CareerHub's appointment management system. It concentrates on how to set up available appointment times for counsellors.
Along with showing how counsellors add available appointment times, we also look at some basic concepts such as speed of use and statistics. This is a fairly basic level video with further videos in the series concentrated on more advanced features.
The next video in the series covers how students interact with the booking system.
