Maximising event attendance through communications

This video provides an overview of the communications (email and SMS, automated and manual) used in CareerHub to ensure the maximum attendance at your events or workshops.

In this video we look at the many available options to using both automated system emails or SMS  and manually created emails or SMS to ensure that you have maximum attendance rates to your events or workshops.

This is a general overview. We'll be adding videos with more specific information about email templates, SMS and recording attendance.

    Difficult to hear this one - even with sound on highest

    Hi Janelle, if you have external speakers connected to your computer please check the sound level on both them and your computer. I have checked the sound levels on the video and they are all within normal limits. If anyone else has experienced sound problems with this video can you please let me know.
