Viewing and Editing Employer Login Details

A quick tutorial on how to view and edit a local employer's login details.

An employer's login details can be found in the actions panel under the Web access link when viewing the employer's account. If you encounter an employer whose web access has been disabled, the link will state Web access (disabled) rather then Web access (enabled). An employer whose web access is disabled will not have an existing username and password for you view or edit.

On the employer's web access page will be two checkboxes,

  • Allow web access
  • Edit login details

Check the 'Edit login details' checkbox to view and edit the employers login details. In the case where the employers web access has been disabled, you will have to check 'Allow web access' to bring up the 'Edit login details' checkbox.

Be sure to click 'Save' if you are updating the employer's username and password. Clicking 'Go Back' or 'Back to employer' from the actions panel will take you back to the employer's account.
