Viewing and Editing Student Login Details
CareerHub allows you to view and edit the login details of students who are authenticated locally. By default this refers to graduate and prospective students only.
Make you way to a student account by the 'Students' options on the left hand panel, or by a 'Quick Find' search on the top right hand corner.
At the bottom of the student's details you will see the section header 'Login details'.
The graduate or prospective student's username will be displayed in a text field for you to edit. By checking 'Edit password', you can apply and confirm a new password for the student.
Click save to confirm you changes to the students login details.
Be sure to contact the student directly, alerting them of any changes you have made.
Note: Current students and staff are normally authenticated externally, hence their login details are handled by your institution, not CareerHub. Any changes to their login details will have to be performed by your ITS.
If you are viewing a current student or staff member, their username will be greyed out and you are unable to edit their login details.
You are unable to ever view a student's existing password.
